Do you live more in the past or the present?

This question is too vague...
On one hand; my past is a rather depressing place and there's nothing to be done about things that have happened there. So why live with it in mind? Hakuna Matata.
My future is unknown and since I can't even focus on the present half the time, it's a scary place, full of uncertainties, medication and the inability to make plans because of how I get anxiety attacks out of nowhere for no good reason.
In this way, I live in my present because it is the only place I am comfortable.

However, if this question is referring to living in the past (mideval, etc.) or future (flying cars+robots, etc), I live in neither. I live in a world of my own creation; full of magic, fantasy and wonder.
